NEXTing Note (4/21/25)

Your best life can be what’s next! When you think about where you are and where you would like to be in life, do you find it difficult to bet on yourself and invest in yourself?

Absolutely. Honestly, I’ve realized that sometimes I short-change myself or even discount my own dreams before they have a chance to grow. It’s not always easy to bet on myself, especially when doubt creeps in or I start comparing my journey to others. But deep down, I know that my best life can be what’s next—if I’m willing to invest in myself and believe that I’m worthy of more. It’s a process, but I’m learning to give myself permission to dream bigger and trust that I’m capable of making it happen.

It is easier to anticipate what is coming from a position of peace. Being at peace gives you power to consciously anticipate the unfolding plans of God for your life as you engage in the “now”. Have you found that you to make better decisions and necessary adjustments when you are at peace?

Absolutely, yes! I've found that being at peace—especially the kind of peace that comes from trusting God—makes all the difference in how I make decisions and handle change.

Divine intuition within your soul keeps you aware of God’s plan so that you can be an active participant in your progress as you transition from now to NEXT Is the gift of discernment (divine intuition) activated to assist you on life’s journey?  How has it helped?

As a believer I truly believe that divine intuition, or the gift of discernment, is a powerful way that God guides us in our lives. The Holy Spirit works within us, helping us to sense God’s presence and hear His voice more clearly as we navigate life's transitions. This divine intuition isn't just a feeling—it’s God’s way of helping us stay aligned with His will.

For me, the gift of discernment has been incredibly helpful in making decisions, especially during times of uncertainty. When facing difficult choices or moments of doubt, I often find that I am led by a quiet, but unmistakable knowing in my spirit. It’s a gentle prompting that brings peace, even when the path ahead seems unclear. Through discernment, I’ve been able to avoid pitfalls and step into opportunities that align with God’s purpose for me.

Hindsight is 20/20

I can truly say that I have more clarity when I look back over my life and see what God has done and it gives me insight for what He is doing. I've had my opportunities, some missed, to step into divinely appointed moments along my journey. As I mature, I look forward to meeting more of the moments with confidence. I'M NEXT!

Most definitely! Looking back, I can see how every experience—good and bad—has shaped me into the woman I am today. My journey has been filled with moments of struggle, resilience, and triumph. The challenges I’ve faced were not roadblocks but stepping stones, teaching me lessons in faith, perseverance, and purpose.

God has been present through it all, even when I didn’t understand what He was doing. Every setback prepared me for a comeback, every closed door led me to a better opportunity, and every hardship strengthened my faith. Now, I see His hand in my life more clearly. He is aligning my past experiences with my present purpose, guiding me toward the future He has ordained for me. #readyforNEXT

NEXTing Note (03/10/25)

Being in the game means that you are no longer a spectator but a participator!  NEXTing is the mental attitude and approach towards life’s transitions. It’s about intentionally progressing in the plans and purposes God has for your life.  Do you feel like a spectator in your own life?  Are there any mental strongholds that may be hijacking your attitude and approach regarding transition?

Honestly, I think being a spectator provides some level of benefit. When we take a moment and step back to look at how we react and respond in situations, we gain a completely different perspective of who we actually are vs. who we thought we were by just observing.... Being a spectator serves a purpose.
