NEXTing involves "threshold work," which refers to evaluating changes before moving forward into new situations. This process includes considering what is appropriate to retain and what should be left behind when transitioning into new settings. Do you tend to disregard "threshold work" and hope that the results will be tolerable?

Yes!… NEXTing is cute until you realize you can’t just drag all your old stuff into a new season. 😂 That “threshold work” is that moment where you gotta check yourself and say, “Okay now, what’s coming with me and what needs to stay right here?”
I’ve definitely tried to skip that part before — rushing into the next thing like, “Eh, I’ll figure it out later.” But whew… later will have you realizing you packed way more than you needed. And that extra weight… it slows you down every time.
