I’m still working on this, honestly. When things change, my first instinct is to just keep moving instead of really sitting with it. Lately I’ve been trying to slow down and actually process what’s happening—like, “okay, what is this shift trying to show me?” It’s not perfect, but I’m learning that when I take time to reflect, the transition feels a lot smoother. Still growing through it.
