Yes—this truly speaks to me. I’ve learned that when I don’t take the time to really process my past—especially the disappointments and heartbreaks—it starts to shape how I see myself and what I believe I deserve. There were seasons where I couldn’t even imagine something better because I was so tangled up in what had already happened. Though I’m still growing, l each step forward reminds me that I’m not stuck—I’m evolving.
